Booked a room with marvellous views of the park or the city. Location: the hotel was right by a restaurant outside-plenty to choose from, Central Park, Times Square, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, and Columbus Circle.

There is no tea & coffee machine in the room. It would be nice if there are more arabic tv channels.

The room was spacious and had a seating area, allowing for extra comfort and relaxation. The lobby of the hotel was attractively designed and created a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient upon our arrival, making check-in a breeze.
The room was not prepared properly, lacking amenities such as flowers, fruit, and bedside water. The dinner at the bar was not up to standard, with a large baseball screen detracting from the ambiance.

I have liked the location and the delicious breakfasts. Nice polite frienfly people.
The one thing I didn't like it was that the concierge told me that it's impossible to call the taxy. They could offer me a cab to stop but it takes long time to get the cab. And i didnt like to stay outside for 15, 20 min while doorman will stop the car. Actually i have never seen this before. And then he said that I can rent the hotel's car minimum is 2 hours. Concierge said that it's no taxy to call in whole NY! Ofcourse it was not true! I googled in Internet the car services in NY and every time when I need the car I called them. Usually this job should do concierge! In my whole travel experience I did it first time bymyself!

they are so good that already put a roller bad in my room. no need i request again and wasted my time, lot of things are perfert.
the internet are not so good, even they are very nice and find somebody to solve the problem. but one day, i could not use internet, but they do not remove the charges, still charge me. also i wasted my so many time to call internet service, yes, they are very nice and good. but still wated my many times and time for me are very short and means money and i got no time to sleep. the Marriot hotel just give us a station for send the wirless internet, and no limited make us very happy to do business job. also they just charge me usd199/ night at salt lake . i know new york are must be expensive, but it is for business city, not just for fun, internet are very very important for business.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, definitely got our money's worth. The room was spacious and had a comfy seating area, and the closet was a good size too. The lobby was beautiful, and the staff, from the friendly maid to the efficient front desk, made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect, with all our favorite shops within walking distance. Plus, they surprised us with a cake and champagne for my wife's birthday, extra special.
Food for breakfast could have been better, needed some variety.
